Faktion first few pages

So here it all I've been promising. For those who haven't heard it looks like I'm not getting the Hinder. The good news it that you all will get to still read the script and see what the rest of the public is missing out on. Also, I have the opening scene of the new Faktion comic up to! Now we really don't know what the game plan is with this one, right now it's just for fun. Let me know what you think!

Apologies

Hey everyone,
Sorry it's been over a month but things have been crazy! Quick recap: At the first part of December my house got broken into and they my tv, around 200 DVDs and some other stuff, in the middle of December I came down with the flu and was sidelined for a week, finally at the end of the month my car died and I've been dealing with that lately. I know it shouldn't cause me to get behind and that's why I'm sorry. Ok, on to the writing news. I'm almost done with Issue #2 of Flames and Vault is coming along nicely. The Hinder guys dig my script but Devil's Due is having some serious problems so we don't know if the book will come out at all now. I've been talking to the Faktion guys and I think we've come up with a cool concept for a book. I should have the first 5 pages by next week. Thanks for all the support!

Hinder

Happy early Thanksgiving! I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday. Little update in my world. Looks like I finally found an artist for Vault!! As soon as I get some art work you can bet I'll be posting it up here. For Thanksgiving I will probably be in Tulsa, OK. There is a Hinder and Faktion show there and it's been a while since I've seen the guys. Speaking of Hinder they recently announced Devil's Due Publishing is releasing a Hinder comic soon. The artist is Eisner award winner (the Eisner's are like the Oscars or Grammys in comics) Chris BB of Black Metal! They haven't announced a writer yet though. So, tonight while in OK I'm going to pitch a script to the Hinder guys to see what they think! I also want to know what you think. Here are the first five pages of "Take It To The Limit!"

Recovery

So Wizard World was AMAZING!!! I got to hang out with Sean McKeever and Terry Moore. They gave me some great advice and feedback. There were so many artist there too. My friend Will's table was right next to Matt Wagner! How sweet is that? I was going to take some pictures with Lou Ferrigno, Corey Feldman, and Danny Trejo but it cost $25 just to take a picture! They aren't that cool. I also got to see the Faktion guys and hang out with them. It was nice to just kick it and not be at a show. Anyway, that's all for this week, I'll be back next week with some more writing! Oh, and got to see Tech beat the crap outta OSU!!

I don't care who you vote for, I'm not telling mine, but just go vote!!!! On a soapbox: If you don't vote, don't complain about who won!!

Batman

Hey guys,
This is a Batman origin story I started working on. It's been kinda put on the back burner for the time being but I have some plans for it. I have 6 issues plotted out exploring Alfred and Thomas Wayne's relationship leading into the birth of Bruce. It will also track his younger years spent training and I plan for it to end about where year one starts. Here are the first five pages of the first issue. Thanks for all the e-mails so far. I hope you all like this one too.
